JURISDICTION AND LIMITATION OF CLAIMS

Flea.TV is managed from the offices of ScratchCat, LLC in the State of Georgia, United States of America. Any action to enforce these Terms of Use shall be brought in the federal or state courts located in the State of Georgia and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without reference to any conflict of law principles. Any action on any claim against ScratchCat must be brought by the user within one (1) year following the date the claim first accrued, or shall be deemed waived.

Okay, hopefully none of this will be necessary but our lawyers really wanted you to know.
